Transitional Kitchen Design

Designed by Susan Crasco in collaboration with Good Bees Remodeling, this transitional kitchen remodeling project features Merillat Masterpiece cabinets in the door style Martel in Maple with a Natural finish. The kitchen countertops (provided by others) are granite in the color Brown Fantasy. The tile backsplash (provided by others) is Marazzi Urban District Brix 2x8. The previous kitchen was small with a peninsula and tight eat-in space. “It wasn’t working for this family so we decided to remove a large window in the eat-in area and use the whole space for a large kitchen,” said Susan. “The client wanted a lot of organization in the space which we achieved by using a tall cabinets, pots & pans storage and tray cabinets.” “Covid had the biggest impact on my project, but it didn’t stop us,” said the client. “Susan was amazing! Reico helped map out where the cabinets went and worked with my needs. My favorite cabinet is the baking cabinet that houses my cutting boards, baking sheets and the pots and pans.
