How many years of experience do you have?
We have over 30 years of experience in all phases of remodeling.
Can you share a list of references from previous clients?
Some of the previous clients’ projects are available online on our portfolio page, and we are happy to provide references for them.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your work?
We offer a year warranty on all labor. Depending on the materials you choose, they may have manufacturers’ warranties.
What is your expected payment schedule?
We expect 50% upfront to reserve your date and purchase materials for your project. 40% is due upon partial completion of the job. 10% is due upon completion. We accept cash or checks unless you would like to pay a fee to use a credit card.
What is your estimated timeline for the job?
We will give you our best estimate of the completion of your job prior to the starting date. We will also give you a breakdown of the project in stages so that you have a respective timeline for tangible milestones to completion.
